Week 30- nasty cold:-(

Monday-
Woke up and worked out early before realizing that I was actually feeling pretty crappy.

20:00 elliptical / strength

Tuesday
Felt pretty bad but wanted to move a bit, 60:00 Bar Method

Wednesday
Feeling better!
35:00 Bar Method
45:00 swim
