3x10 Dead lifts (75#)
3x10 push-ups (feet slightly elevated to allow for full ROM)
Saturday
45:00 Fly Wheel (had about 10 minutes in the middle that felt rocky, bean was in a position that made it tough to breathe so had to ride super easy). Felt like a win just to make it through....

10:00 strength circuit (KB swings, cleans)
