Weekend workouts - felt great

Sunday
6 miles  on the elliptical (enjoying hanging on to some semblance of endurance sessions as long as possible)
5 x (10 TRX rows, 10 lunges each leg, 10 TRX chest presses, 10 squats)
5 minutes - every minute on the minute - 5 clean and presses 45#

Saturday
