Weekend training and fun 5K

Sunday
Declan, "Bean", and I ran a 5K in Fremont. Fun way to kick off a gorgeous day. Very pleasantly surprised to make it through without any pee breaks:-) I think we were around 25 minutes but that was in part because we started in the very back (late arrival) and had to navigate around hundreds of runners with a running stroller. Felt great to be in the mix and very funny to hear quite a few "Dude, we just got passed by a stroller. Shit, and she is pregnant!" good day.

Saturday
Despite a terrible night's sleep I felt okay working out.

45:00 Fly Wheel (had about 10 minutes in the middle that felt rocky, bean was in a position that made it tough to breathe so had to ride super easy). Felt like a win just to make it through....

6 miles  on the elliptical (enjoying hanging on to some semblance of endurance sessions as long as possible)
5 x (10 TRX rows, 10 lunges each leg, 10 TRX chest presses, 10 squats)
5 minutes - every minute on the minute - 5 clean and presses 45#

SUPER tired this weekend. Decided to take it very easy today. I did manage a 3.5 mile run with Delcan (first run in a number of weeks) in the am but then took it very easy.
