Week 25- Monday and Tuesday

Really bad lower pelvic ligament pain - definitely not doing any running right now. I am REALLY hoping that this improves and is not going to get progressively worse over the remaining few months of pregnancy.

40:00 Bar Method
45:00 cycling

Monday
60:00 Bar Method
30:00 cardio intervals at the gym (elliptical and bike)
