Thursday Aug. 17th

Pretty crappy week of workouts. Not sure what is doing on but feeling pretty "off." Taking it really easy and just checking the box.

Thursday
20:00 elliptical
20:00 incline walk on the treadmill (ugh)
10:00 circuit (50 squat rows, 10 clean / presses, 25 step-ups right leg with bicep curl, 10 clean / presses, 25 step-ups left leg with bicep curl, quick shoulder set

Wednesday
10:00 took D for a quick spin in the neighborhood to check out the Riley's bike trailer. We both loved it!
10:00 tried to run= fail (lot so pain in my right ab / hip - feels like a strain)
50:00 (2K) easy swim -12500 straight but felt light headed after 30 minutes so swam super easy with breast stroke and kick board sets
