Week 24 and catching up

I am way behind after a crazy 5 days of home improvements. So great to have Kev out here and HUGELY excited to have accomplished so much around the house. We for sure did more in 3 days than Sam and I have EVER done project-wise. I decided to take a belly picture in the downstairs bathroom to keep a quick reminder of how horrible the room looked before, so happy to no longer have bright green walls:-)

I had a monthly doctor's appointment today and all seems great. I am struggling with accepting what seems like really rapid weight gain this time around but trying to remind myself that at least some of it is baby (since he is apparently over 1 pound now:-) Up about 10 pounds from week 1....
Monday
60:00 elliptical
15:00 strength circuit

Sunday
45:00 intervals on the elliptical (crazy ligament pain if I try to run etc.)
15:00 strength - squat rows, upright rows, presses etc.

Saturday
50:00 2200 yard swim
40:00 Pilates (think I over did ab work, very sore)

Friday
30:00 elliptical (crappy early am workout - felt light headed and off)
20:00 walk with Kev and D (doesn't count as a workout but felt better later in the day)

Thursday
45:00 Fly Wheel class with Kev - fun to try something new and it felt good to be on a bike again.

Wednesday
55:00 gym session - elliptical and strength
