Really bad lower pelvic ligament pain - definitely not doing any running right now. I am REALLY hoping that this improves and is not going to get progressively worse over the remaining few months of pregnancy.

Thursday Aug. 17th
Pretty crappy week of workouts. Not sure what is doing on but feeling pretty "off." Taking it really easy and just checking the box.
Thursday
20:00 elliptical
20:00 incline walk on the treadmill (ugh)
10:00 circuit (50 squat rows, 10 clean / presses, 25 step-ups right leg with bicep curl, 10 clean / presses, 25 step-ups left leg with bicep curl, quick shoulder set
Wednesday
10:00 took D for a quick spin in the neighborhood to check out the Riley's bike trailer. We both loved it!
10:00 tried to run= fail (lot so pain in my right ab / hip - feels like a strain)
50:00 (2K) easy swim -12500 straight but felt light headed after 30 minutes so swam super easy with breast stroke and kick board sets

Week 24 and catching up
I am way behind after a crazy 5 days of home improvements. So great to have Kev out here and HUGELY excited to have accomplished so much around the house. We for sure did more in 3 days than Sam and I have EVER done project-wise. I decided to take a belly picture in the downstairs bathroom to keep a quick reminder of how horrible the room looked before, so happy to no longer have bright green walls:-)
I had a monthly doctor's appointment today and all seems great. I am struggling with accepting what seems like really rapid weight gain this time around but trying to remind myself that at least some of it is baby (since he is apparently over 1 pound now:-) Up about 10 pounds from week 1....

I am VERY glad to be back home after a crazy week of travel for work. I managed to bring Sam and Declan to Bend for my event which made it a bit of a get away as well but I am exhausted. Literally NO downtime in about 2 weeks. That said, I had a great fetal EKG today (since we have a history of heart issues) and they checked to make sure that my braxton hicks are not causing anything to progress down below. So thankful that all is looking really good!

OFF - early morning of work and then 7 hours in the car. That said, my ligaments needed a break after three days of amazing trail runs. Belly and RLP were feeling the effects!

1:00 "easy" trail run (as easy as 3,000 feet+ can be while pregnant)
Sunday
1:00 Solid trail run - gorgeous run around the rive in Bend. The trails feel SO much better than the roads at this point.
