EASY workout in the am - still felt pretty crappy

20:00 run
15:00 walk

40:00 TRX workout at lunch - felt better, circuit style

Sept. 30
Slept for 10 hours and was still exhausted in the am. Think I am fighting a bug. Skipped the gym in the morning.
