A few days behind...

Oct. 13th

5 miles on the elliptical
45:00 - 4 minutes moderate, 1 minute steady (repeated every 5 mins)

Oct. 12th
5 miles on the elliptical
45:00 TRX bootcamp workout

Oct. 11th
exhausted despite 11 hours of sleep, took it very easy.
45:00 jog / walk - MOSTLY WALK
Sam was doing a track workout so we were in Kentfield
