30 minutes on the elliptical (a bit sore from yesterday's run)
Max rounds in 15 minutes:
-5 snatches (45#)
-10 handstand push-ups (used box)
-15 front squats (45#)
finished 4.5 rounds

finisher- Tabata run / jump rope for 8 rounds
