Friday Aug. 28th



Noon workout with Diane- crazy hot, about 99 degrees!

Warm-up jog, push-ups
AMRAP 20 minutes
5 thrusters with 20# DBs
10 pull-ups (did 6 pull-ups and then ring rows)
15 push-ups

I managed 8 rounds.
