Wednesday and Thursday

Thursday July 13th
Very busy day at work - took a light day of training.
40:00 Pilates
I hadn't done Pilates all week and I definitely notice in my hips / pelvic floor when I ignore this part of my regimen.

Wednesday July 14th
7 mile "run" - 4 miles on elliptical, 3.5 run
