felt pretty crappy on our ride - cut to just 1:45
100 KB swings (35#) 4:30
45 Stability ball hamstring curls
few rounds of posterior shoulder / back dumbell work
Friday 6.3.11
easy run with D (4-5 miles)
KB work - swings and deadlifts
