Saturday Jan. 19th- felt horrible, super tired, light headed etc.
3 miles - alternating incline walk on the treadmill (15% grade) and running. The walking definitely feels better on my belly / hips / pubic bone but I can't get out of my head enough to walk the whole time. That said, the running feels easier than the walking and actually becomes my "break" from the tougher effort of the incline. Called it a day after 3 miles because I was feeling so crappy.
Friday
Wrapped up a rough week of tech training in the office. Commuting every day (not to mention sitting for 8 hours) kills me! I don't know how other people do it.

30:00 Yoga at Core Power - had to leave after 30:00 because I wasn't feeling well but it still helped my back quite a bit.

50:00 EASY yoga class (accidentally went to a level 1 class at Core Power) Still helped for sure but was super low key.
