"Hammer" (I used 65#, limiter was the front squat)
5 rounds
5x Power Cleans
10 x Front squats
5 x jerks
20 Pull-ups (scaled down to 6 unassisted pull-ups per round, will do 10 next time)
Total time was about 16:30
Rest 90 seconds between rounds
