I REALLY need to ride tomorrow. My problem is that I go a bit stir crazy working from home (high class problem I know) and have been finding that I NEED to get out of the house for my workout!
Today:
Run to Bar Method via Dumbo and Manhattan bridge (4 miles)
60:00 Bar Method
Run home 3.5 miles
Total - 7.5 mile run, 1 hour Bar method
