I took a day totally off from intensity today after hitting it pretty hard for a few weeks.
6am Crossfit
30 minute easy roundtrip run
Snatch work - high pull, hang, floor
3x3 - technique finally felt good but had to keep it very light 40#
Snatch balance work 1-1-1-1-1 (45#)
easy 60 minute yoga class - much needed
