Very excited. I have historically been horrible at tracking workouts (hence the blog) so I am not sure of my previous PR but I know it wasn't 100#. Today I managed 100#s for doubles.

Burner: 21, 15, 9 pull-ups and burpees
I am REALLY slow at burpees, not sure why. I never stop moving but seem to lag behind others doing full chest to the group burpees. I modified my pull-up scheme to 9.9.9 unassisted

i have been feeling very satiated, I think it's all the protein! Missing my morning smoothies though.
