Wed. 2/16

1:15 run (to Prospect Park and back via Crossfit) - no music for park run
55:00 Crossfit:
-Warm up - planks, hip mobility etc.
- Front Squat 3x3 (2-2-1 tempo) 75#. This felt pretty heavy but I've had some pretty spicy workouts the last few days.
-WOD - 7 thrusters, 14 burpees, 21 double-unders (7:30)
