Back to Crossfit

It felt good to do a solid effort with Fox at Crossfit South Brooklyn today!

20:00 (Stretched it) run to Crossfit
1000 meter easy row
hang clean warm-up
squat / band warm-up

AMRAP 3:00 x 5 rounds with 1 minute rest
3 hang power cleans
6 push-ups
9 squats
(65# for cleans - R1: 3 full +6 push-ups, 1 squat, R2: 4 Full + cleans, R3 4 Full + 2 cleans, R4 4 Full plus cleans, R5: 4 Full + 1 clean)
I am sure I will be sore tomorrow, that was quite a few push-ups

20 ab roll-outs

10:00 Run home

2:00 walk with Sam and Declan
