35:00 intervals on elliptical (1 minute hard, 1 minute easy x 10)
strength
4 x (15 squats 65#, 10 presses 45#, 10 push-ups, 2 pull-ups)
3 x (25 KB swings, 10 glute/ hamstrings curls on ball)
