Extra thankful today...

After a bit of a scare (again) with contractions etc. I just got my results back from some tests and am in the clear. Little guy should keep on baking as planned:-)

Per doctor's orders I have taken it very easy this week until we were sure that everything was okay.

7 miles on the elliptical - felt great and it felt really good mentally to get  a bit of an "endurance" session. That said, legs and hips felt pretty rough in the pm. I think that going from intervals to laying down was a bad idea.
