Tuesday June 29

Had physical therapy and chiro appointments today. Really working on core and glute strength to fix my hip / pelvic issues/

6.5 miles (3.5 miles of intervals on the elliptical, easy 3 mile run with D)

squat warm-up (with band) x 25 and clam shells x 25
5x6 squats with just the bar, really working on knees out and glute strength
3x1 minute plank
5x5 pull-ups
15 ab roll-outs
